Returns of Non-Compliant Kits
As you are aware, the updated regulations on Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products (Vaping) Amendment Act will render many vape kits non-compliant from the 1st October 2024. These changes only apply to the device kits so we will continue to supply all pods, coils, and accessories.
We are happy to accept returns for stock that becomes non-compliant on 1st October 2024, if they fit within the eligibility criteria below.
Eligibility for Return:
- Returns apply to kits only and not accessories (Pods and coils).
- The kits must have been purchased from us within the last 12 months.
- Kits must be sealed and unopened.
- Serial Number Verification: all product's serial numbers will be verified, and any kits returned to us that were not supplied by Lion Labs will not be credited and will not be returned to sender.

Returns Process:
- Complete the below form only once, selecting the products, colors and quantities you wish to return.
- Collate all kits to be returned into one package.
- Include a printout of the email received upon completion of the form, ensuring it clearly shows the reference number.
- Our staff will record the barcode, serial numbers, and quantities provided to verify that the products were supplied by Lion Labs.
- Once the returns have been processed and confirmed eligible, we will issue a credit for the returned items.
- The credit note should appear on your account within 20 working days from finalising the returns and can be used to purchase other Lion Labs products. The credit note is not refundable.
